Ministerial PACE Partnership

Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is the Scottish Government's initiative for responding to redundancy situations.

The Ministerial PACE Partnership, chaired by the Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills, brings 24 organisations together with the Scottish Government to oversee a continuous improvement programme to enhance the operation of PACE.

The last PACE Client Experience Survey published in December 2020, indicated that of those surveyed who had received PACE support, 81% had obtained employment within six months.

For the period April 2020 until March 2021, PACE provided information to 34,222 (+206%) individuals and the number of individuals who received additional support was 3,396 (+53%).  The number of employers supported was 523 (+77%).
